Awards, recognising the firm’s continued commitment to developing the next generation of accounting professionals.
Apprenticeships have become an important part of KP Simpson’s growth, giving people the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications while developing valuable, hands-on experience within a busy accountancy practice.
Several members of the KP Simpson team have either progressed through the apprenticeship route or are currently completing their qualifications, including Chloe, Denten, Ryan, Cameron, Marley, Owen and Ewan.
The firm believes apprenticeships benefit both the individuals and the wider business. Apprentices bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, while gaining the skills and confidence to develop into experienced and valued members of the team.
Being shortlisted at regional level is already a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work of everyone involved in KP Simpson’s apprenticeship programme.
The regional awards ceremony will take place on 30 September, when KP Simpson will find out whether it will progress further in the National Apprenticeship Awards.
Whatever the result, the nomination is a proud moment for the whole team and reinforces KP Simpson’s commitment to investing in people and creating opportunities for long-term careers within the accountancy profession.
